Student Project Coordinator – Digital Transformation

Kongens Lyngby

Are you passionate about digitalization, structure, and driving impact through collaboration?
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support one of our largest transformation initiatives — the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) across our entire group, including Field Service, Customer Service and Customer Sales.

About the project and job

This strategic transformation supports our vision of “One Group, One System, One Process.”
Our goals are clear:

  • Standardize processes and data while minimizing customizations.
  • Enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and intercompany collaboration.
  • Enable sustainable growth and future-proof the organization with a modern ERP foundation.

Your role

As a Student Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth progress and alignment throughout the project. You will among other:

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and milestones across teams and locations.
  • Support project planning, budgeting, and progress tracking.
  • Prepare documentation, status reports, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in aligning processes across departments to ensure “One System” consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with project leads, consultants, and key stakeholders to drive deliverables forward.
  • Identify challenges early and help maintain structure and momentum in a complex environment.

About you

You are currently pursuing a degree that includes digital project management or a related field and have already completed some courses within this area. You are eager to apply your knowledge in a real-world transformation project.

You are curious, ambitious, and proactive — with a desire to learn from experienced colleagues before taking on larger and more complex projects yourself.
You have:

  • An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.
  • A natural interest in digital tools and business processes.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A structured approach and strong communication skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and a positive, professional attitude.

What we offer

  • A unique opportunity to be part of a major international digital transformation.
  • Flexible working hours, generally 15–20 hours per week with the possibility of more — and of course with consideration for studies and exams.
  • A dynamic environment with skilled colleagues who value knowledge-sharing and teamwork.
  • Hands-on experience that bridges education and real business impact.
  • Good employee benefits, lunch scheme, fruit scheme, social events, and a fun working environment.

If you have any questions about the position or would like further dialogue, you are more than welcome to reach out to Head of group IT, Pia Aabo, at +45 2518 8078.
