  • Act as both Product Owner and Software Project Manager, driving the team to deliver on commitments and milestones.
  • Lead agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and project plans.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate status updates to management.
  • Ensure that software releases are delivered at the right time in the right quality.
  • Represent the team in management reviews and provide reporting on progress and performance.
  • Continuously seek improvements in processes, tools, and collaboration practices.

What you bring

  • Proven experience as a Software Product Owner – with strong software project management skills to drive delivery and coordination.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile principles.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar backlog and project management tools.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Advantage: Knowledge of food or feed production environments or experience working in a laboratory setting.

Who you are

You are open-minded and a strong team player who enjoys working across disciplines. You communicate clearly and concisely, simplifying complex topics. You are structured, proactive, and motivated by delivering tangible results through collaboration and continuous improvement.
