In Kolding, we are now looking for a person that can take our processes and systems to the next level. During 2026 we will roll out Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Quality Module and to support this we are now looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to assist us through this journey. The role will be alternating operational tasks such as claims administration and planning but also performing gap analysis on current setup, identifying development potential and setting new ways of working. In this project we will change from 4 ERP systems plus one Database system to one integrated solution. Your main roles will be to support the project as well as our colleagues in this busy transition.
The position is a fixed term assignment for a 12-month period starting as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity to get into the greater Alfa Laval Group and since Alfa Laval Kolding is on a growth path we hope to be able to offer permanent positions before the end of the assignment. The positions are located at our site in Kolding, but we offer the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days a week.
We believe that you have at least a couple of years in a role doing Quality Control, Claims Handling or Process consulting that you are used to working in a system environment and preferably a strong user in the Microsoft Office suite.
While your educational background is of secondary importance to us, we do expect you to have at least a couple of years of experience within Quality and you are used to using Microsoft Office package. Excellent communication skills in English would be nice however our language in Kolding is primarily Danish.
We are looking for someone who is serviced and result-oriented with the ability to act fast on customer requests and understand the importance of acting correctly and getting things done. You own a naturel desire and flair for solving technical challenges, either by yourself or in collaboration with workshops, or colleagues. Creating a network in the organization comes natural to you. You have a strong attitude to follow up, nurture and close leads proactively, either from our external sales, field service engineers or as a chat agent.
