Are you a student passionate about ambitious decarbonization activities? Curious about how an integrating business is developing a foundation to deliver impact within the transportation sector?

DSV’s Road Sustainability team is seeking a student Sustainability Assistant to help our team with data management and other tasks. Road Sustainability is a lean team consisting of our Vice President, Road Sustainability, two technology and innovation experts, a commercialization expert, and a data and roadmap monitoring manager.

Our responsibilities include supporting DSV Road’s regions in identifying, delivering, and monitoring decarbonization solutions. Part of this effort involves navigating a complex, rapidly changing internal stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sustainability Manager in consolidating and analysing complex global fleet and financial data
  • Participate in team knowledge management activities, including but not limited to improving information access and flow across the team and contributing to quarterly or annual reporting
  • Other assignments within decarbonization of transport sector

You will meet with the team’s Sustainability Manager to discuss your professional interests, how they align with team needs, and outline responsibilities that provide mutual benefit and opportunities for growth.

We imagine that you

  • Are likely in your second or third year of your studies and might be studying a subject related to sustainability, social science, or logistics. However, we are an interdisciplinary team and are open to any educational background
  • You have an interest in global decarbonization
  • Have a data-driven mindset
  • Are proactive and can work independently in a rapidly changing environment

You will work 15-20 hours per week, and we are flexible during exam time. You will have the opportunities to work on real decarbonization initiatives in an international setting.
