Do you want to play a central role in strengthening DSV’s approach to non-financial due diligence, covering areas such as compliance, sustainability, QHSE, human rights, legal and supply chain risks?

Joining DSV, you will be responsible for both our global non-financial audit framework and supplier risk management processes, ensuring that due diligence is conducted consistently and effectively across our operations and supply chain.

Committed to doing business with integrity

At DSV, we are committed to conducting business with integrity and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. To support this ambition, we are strengthening our non-financial audit framework – a structured, risk-based approach for how audits are planned, executed, monitored and followed up across our operations and supply chain. This is aligned with the continuous improvement and strengthening of our due diligence approach.

The non-financial audit framework covers areas such as compliance, sustainability, QHSE, human rights, and legal, ensuring risks are identified and addressed consistently. Together with our approach to due diligence, processes are in place to ensure third parties are assessed, monitored and engaged on key due diligence risks. Together, these processes create transparency, drive improvements and provide assurance to management and stakeholders.

Lead and develop global due diligence processes

In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert on non-financial audits while also managing and supporting our supplier risk management activities, for which there is already a dedicated subject matter expert. You will lead a small team and act as process owner, ensuring frameworks and methodologies are clear, robust and consistently applied.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as process owner for the global non-financial audit framework, covering compliance, sustainability, QHSE, human rights, legal and related areas
  • Designing, maintaining and implementing processes, methodologies and tools to support the audit framework
  • Providing guidance and support to auditors, auditees and other stakeholders across the business
  • Monitoring outcomes, analysing trends and driving continuous improvement across audit processes
  • Managing and coaching a team member responsible for supplier risk management processes
  • Engaging with process and policy owners to address non-conformities, mitigate risks and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively

Use your experience to make a difference

You bring strong audit and risk management experience, ideally within various compliance areas. With your background, you understand the importance of independence, transparency and consistency in effective due diligence work and you are motivated by building global processes that deliver impact.

Additionally, you have:

  • Several years of audit experience (e.g. internal or external auditor) with exposure to non-financial domains such as compliance, QHSE, sustainability, legal or others
  • A solid understanding of risk-based auditing, audit planning, execution and reporting
  • Experience in supplier risk management or broader due diligence processes (considered an advantage)
  • A master’s degree in a relevant area (e.g. business administration, accounting, auditing, or law)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across global functions
  • People management experience, or the motivation and potential to step into a leadership role
  • Formal qualifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or equivalent are considered a plus
