Join Our Sales Team as a Key Account Manager within Digital Buildings

Are you ready to strengthen Schneider Electric's position in the Danish market within our Digital Buildings sales division? We are looking for at driven Key Account Manager to lead sales of our cutting-edge products, solutions, software and services - all designed to accelerate digitalization and energy efficiency in buildings

As Key Account Manager, your primary focus will be to identify and win new business opportunities. You’ll be part of our passionate Digital Buildings sales team in Denmark, working closely with colleagues across the full Schneider portfolio to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers’ evolving needs.

You’ll build strong client relationships, drive strategic growth, and help shape the future of smart, sustainable buildings in a market with great potential and an extensive number of buildings ready for renovation in the coming years.

What will you do

  • Proactively manage and grow strategic accounts in the building segment.
  • Convert warm leads into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate across Schneider Electric’s sales teams with a holistic approach to deliver impactful solutions to our customers.
  • Work with our experts to tailor software, solutions and services that solve customer challenges.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to deliver customized solutions.

What will help you succeed

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience – ideally within building automation, energy solutions, or digital technologies.
  • Strong commercial mindset and experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Passion for identifying new business opportunities and driving results.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization and collaborating across teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to continuously learn and grow.
