As a Manager in People Systems & Operations, you get the chance to work on global P&O technology projects that ensure consistency and scalability across DSV.

Work globally to connect people, data and technology

From DSV Headquarters in Hedehusene, you’ll join the Global People Systems & Operations team – an international group of HR technology specialists with colleagues both at headquarters and across countries.

The team drives global projects around SAP SuccessFactors that enhance data quality, compliance and user experience – enabling DSV to make faster, data-driven people decisions and ensuring consistent P&O processes worldwide.

Lead global P&O systems transformation

As Manager, you’ll take ownership of DSV’s global P&O technology agenda and play a pivotal role in shaping how people data is managed across 90+ countries. From DSV’s headquarters in Hedehusene, you’ll lead a skilled international team responsible for rolling out, optimising and governing DSV’s Employee Central (SAP SuccessFactors) platform.

You’ll act as the bridge between global P&O, regional teams, IT, and external vendors– turning strategic priorities into digital solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance and user experience. Your focus will be on enabling global alignment while ensuring scalability and continuous improvement across all DSV entities.

More specifically, you'll:

  • lead complex global projects, including new country onboarding and data migrations
  • define and implement standards, policies and governance models for P&O systems
  • ensure compliance with data privacy, security and labour regulations
  • oversee module rollouts and integrations in collaboration with global and local stakeholders
  • act as the Data Steward for DSV Employee Central
  • support audits and risk assessment
  • Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

As a leader, you’re approachable and structured – someone who builds trust across functions, leads international teams and motivates diverse colleagues to deliver lasting results.

Furthermore, we imagine that you:

  • hold a bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
  • have 5+ years of experience managing HRIS/P&O technology projects in large, international organisations
  • bring solid knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central) or similar platforms
  • are experienced in governance, data management and process optimisation
  • lead with integrity, collaboration and a drive for continuous improvement
