The Manufacturing Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for process and quality monitoring of different automated or semi-automated production processes.

This position is a part of the Solution Plant located in Brønshøj and is an on-site position.

You will be a part of the Ampoule and Bottle Production team consisting of a manager, an engineer, 3 technicians and 22 operators. You will report to the Value Stream manager, responsible for the manufacturing of bottles and ampoules. Here you will support and ensure an efficient and reliable production in close cooperation with the plant’s other engineers, technicians and operators. The Solution Plant produces important accessories for our blood gas analysis devices, to maintain the high quality of measurements, calibration as well as rinsing.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Take ownership of product manufacturing processes and lead process optimization and project execution.
  • Drive systematic problem solving.
  • Lead Engineering Change Orders and Nonconformity processes.
  • Optimization of production equipment, along with commissioning and validation, in collaboration with our Engineering department.
  • Participation in LEAN activities and Kaizen events.
  • Interacting with relevant internal stakeholders influencing the department’s deliverables, such as Engineering, R&D and Quality departments

The qualifications we value include:

  • An academic degree (bachelor or master) within a technical field.
  • A general understanding of mechanical structures.
  • Strong data driven problem solving abilities.
  • Tech-savvy and an understanding of software and database systems.
  • Continuous optimization of workflows and processes, including updating of procedure and work instructions.
  • Independent, responsible, analytical, and solution oriented.
  • Fluent in Danish and English.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Having professional experience within Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and validation.
  • Knowledge of and working with LEAN.
  • Label application machines as well as barcode readers and software.
  • Audit inspection and preparation.
