Responsibilities / Tasks

As a Procurement Trainee, you will join a strong and dedicated team of supportive colleagues who will both challenge and guide you in your daily work. You will receive comprehensive training and mentoring, ensuring you gain confidence in handling a wide range of procurement tasks. Throughout your trainee program, you will combine practical experience with your mandatory school periods, allowing you to develop both the theoretical and practical foundation needed for your education. As your skills and competencies grow, you will gradually take on more independent tasks and areas of responsibility within the department.

We offer a dynamic and challenging workday with a wide range of tasks

As a Procurement Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of our daily procurement activities, including:

  • Managing purchasing processes for both stock and demand-based items, as well as inventory control
  • Following up on and maintaining documentation for your own purchase orders
  • Communicating with suppliers – both new and existing
  • Participating in supplier meetings and negotiations
  • Supporting the procurement department with various ad hoc tasks
  • Completing a trainee project, which you will present and potentially implement within the company.

Your Profile / Qualifications

As our future trainee, it is important that you are passionate about procurement, have a natural flair for numbers and systems, and can see yourself thriving in a dynamic and rapidly growing company. Please note that this is a two-year apprenticeship.

We imagine that you:

  • have completed HHX, or HF supplemented with a 5–10 week EUX student course, or are an HG2, EUD GF2, or EUX student
  • have strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in Danish and English
  • are confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • enjoy keeping things organised and working in a structured manner
  • take responsibility and are motivated by making a difference
  • are flexible and happy to support your colleagues in achieving common goals
  • are a team player with a positive attitude and a pleasant personality
