In Valuation & Financial Modelling, an essential part of our Corporate Finance team, you will join a motivated and energetic team that works closely together with leading Danish corporates and investment funds. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Build and review investment models for large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy projects, working closely together with investors, corporates, and banks (our clients).
  • Deliver expert valuations that support M&A transactions, management incentive programs, and complex legal or tax cases, where your analysis will be an essential part of the decision-making process.
  • Contribute to our renewable energy M&A focus, helping design value-driven solutions in one of the most dynamic sectors of today’s economy.

About you, our newest team member

In our newest team member, we are looking for someone who is motivated to solve complex financial challenges and communicate clear and structured solutions enabling clients to make high-value decisions and take action. You are likely in your final year of university or a recent graduate with 0-2 years of full-time experience and have had exposure to valuations and financial modelling.

Additionally, we are looking for someone with the following skills and interests:

  • A keen interest in numerical and logical reasoning, paired with solid financial literacy.
  • Genuine interest in addressing complex financial challenges and delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Effective verbal and written communication in English and Danish.
  • A business or technical background, with a motivation to build expertise in valuation and financial modelling.
  • An avid sense of ownership, with the ability to work proactively and independently while collaborating with external stakeholders.
  • The motivation to ignite your own career potential within a service line committed to growth.
