Service Sales Manager

We’re looking for a Service Sales Manager to drive our strategy in service sales and secure sustained growth in the service market. So, do you possess excellent skills in development of service sales and are you a strategic thinker with a passion for profitability in service sales and long-term business development? Then you might be our new Service Sales Manager.

Your responsibilities

As a Service Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving our sales of parts, service contracts, workshop hours and service offering to ensure proper balance of service market growth and profitability

Your main responsibilities in this position will be:

  • To be responsible for the national service sales team and the results in services sales on all services including overall targets and the sales mix
  • To be Co-Owner and driver of commercial crew forum/network to secure 100 % participation rate on all new trucks through data driven decision making in sales process
  • Services contact for HQ and local functions to develop existing and new service offers to capture potential covering total customer fleet; increase penetration, services revenue and meet sales targets
  • To be owner of service sales process and secure this is implemented and updated to follow evolution on impacting systems and processes
  • To be strong support into reaching growth targets set for service market

Your tasks

  • Develop, coach and support the service sales team to be efficient and effective through clear individual targets.
  • Set activities to develop and grow service sales to meet the set targets
  • Continuously update targets and activities in service sales team to secure long term strategic targets.
  • Participate in sales planning and business planning and estimate processes to align targets with overall strategy
  • Secure cross functional cooperation in Commercial crew to elevate and optimize profitability
  • Develop total services offering portfolio
  • Work effectively with internal stakeholders to secure development and implementation and success of the service sales team to reach our common targets.
  • Secure development and correct usage of CRM systems (Salesforce) and support the evolution of Wow for service sales.

You’ll be the key driver in shaping our service sales and ensure that we stay competitive, profitable, and customer-focused at all times.

Your qualifications

  • We expect that you have experience with service sales, possess a strong business understanding and knowledge about the transport business.
  • You may be analytically strong with an ability to transform strategies into actions.
  • You are experienced with sales management, sales planning and CRM (experience from Sales Force is a plus).
  • You have excellent collaboration skills, but you are also self-managed and structured.
  • You are strong in sales argumentation and how to work with total cost of ownership.
  • Solid experience with analytic tools like PowerBI, Excel, etc.
  • As we are an international cooperation with a Swedish HQ, we also expect that you have strong English skills and maybe some understanding of Swedish (not a requirement).

  • strong communicator and comfortable in leading and developing people
  • formulating and presenting strategies and driving a direction in sales
  • a good networker and collaborator both internally and with external partners
  • able to work in a diverse environment and understand the importance of building and maintaining an activity network across borders and organizations
