fire medarbejdere der står og taler sammen

Do you want to join one of the world’s leading process technology companies in a role where you can influence technical strategy?

At GEA, your decisions will shape project outcomes – all while working with cutting-edge pharma technologies and a skilled Pharma Engineering team that values collaboration and technical excellence.

Responsibilities / Tasks

You will join the Pharma Compliance & Technical Support team within Powder Technologies in Søborg. The team brings together engineers, designers, and project managers who collaborate to deliver best-in-class equipment and ensure mechanical compliance at the highest level. And as the business area develops, the team is gradually expanding to support new projects and initiatives.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence technical strategy and standardisation across pharma projects. You will be working with great colleagues in a dynamic environment where your expertise truly makes a difference.

Rasmus Friche, Senior Manager, Pharma Compliance & Technical Support

In this central role, you will be involved in multiple projects, working across the full value chain – from early sales support to project execution. Your role spans technical coordination, supplier collaboration, and ensuring design compliance through high-quality documentation and verification.

More specifically, you will:

  • coordinate with the Center of Competence and oversee design change processes
  • act as Design Qualification-responsible for Pharma projects and approve deliverables in development projects
  • build and maintain strong pharma technical knowledge in components, materials, and standards
  • support sales and project teams with technical solutions, documentation, and verification
  • engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders to align on quality and safety requirements.

Your Profile/Qualifications

We imagine that you:

  • have a strong background in mechanical engineering and can read and manage technical drawings
  • bring experience from engineering, design, or technical project roles – ideally within pharma or process industries
  • are ready to take ownership of mechanical design and standardisation processes
  • are familiar with GMP, design standards, and regulatory requirements – or eager to learn
  • communicate fluently in Danish and English

You will need to be detail-oriented, structured, and confident in leading technical decisions. This is a role where you can truly shape how we work and deliver value to our customers.
