As our new Operational Buyer, you will be based at our office in Skanderborg, where you will join a dedicated team delivering sustainable project solutions. These projects typically run for 12 to 18 months. We primarily work on customer projects and have a close working relationship with Group Procurement.
You will join our procurement team, which is part of the broader GEA project organisation. Here, you will be responsible for processing purchasing requisitions and purchase orders as well as following up on order confirmations. You will also be the first point of contact with vendors for daily operations.

You may also support solving invoice matches that could not be processed by our colleagues in Finance and be responsible for tactical sourcing activities at local suppliers.
You are analytical and possess good problem-solving skills, along with great attention to detail, which enables you to take ownership of your work. Additionally, you thrive in a team-oriented environment, are skilled at networking, and are comfortable handling negotiations with suppliers within the framework of our agreements.
