Are you passionate about translating global strategies into impactful regional marketing and communication execution?

As our Regional Marketing & Communication (MarCom) Lead for Europe, you will play a critical role in bringing DSV’s global marketing and communication initiatives to life across Europe. You will work closely with cluster and country teams, as well as the Corporate Marketing and Communication team, to activate campaigns, build capabilities, and ensure brand and message consistency – all while tailoring initiatives to the cultural and market-specific nuances that drive local impact.

You will make an impact by:

  • Driving the activation of global campaigns and communication initiatives across the region – ensuring effective implementation, local relevance, and maximum impact through cultural, language, and market-specific adaptation.
  • Leading and coordinating regional marketing and communication activities that align with DSV’s global frameworks and strategies, contributing to business growth, brand consistency, and strong market positioning.
  • Supporting and guiding local teams through a dotted-line structure, ensuring alignment and measurable results by fostering collaboration, building competencies, and encouraging best practice sharing.
  • Enabling efficiency through shared resources, optimised processes, and smarter ways of working – helping to scale impact while maintaining agility.
  • Providing structured input and feedback to the global Marketing & Communication team, ensuring that regional insights and needs are reflected in global planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will report to our Global Head of Marketing and Communication and be part of our Regional MarCom team alongside the Leads from our four other global regions. You will manage a small team of one or two colleagues who report directly to you.

An experienced and collaborative MarCom professional

You’re an experienced and collaborative marketing and communication professional who understands the value of balancing global direction with local execution. You thrive in cross-cultural environments and are passionate about aligning diverse teams behind a shared strategy – while empowering them to deliver meaningful local results.

We expect you to have:

  • A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in regional or local marketing/communications roles within a global B2B organisation
  • Proven ability to activate global campaigns and initiatives, ensuring regional relevance and impact
  • Strong understanding of brand management, content adaptation, and campaign execution across diverse markets
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation and collaborating across cultures, time zones, and teams
  • Strong communication and coordination skills – with the ability to lead through influence and build strong relationships across functions
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement
