About the Role

As a Service Center Coordinator, you will be a central part of our Nordic Service Operations team in Søborg, ensuring that customer repairs and workshop services are handled smoothly and efficiently.

You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders, always keeping the customer at the heart of what you do.

Tasks:

  • Handle incoming service and repair orders for decanters, separation units, and other rotating equipment
  • Coordinate internal invoicing, documentation, and administrative processes
  • Communicate with sales teams, customer support, technicians, and end customers
  • Liaise with sub-suppliers and manage logistics, including shipping and delivery follow-ups
  • Use digital tools and internal systems to track workflows and ensure operational accuracy
  • Collaborate closely with our Workshop and Field Service teams to ensure high-quality service execution
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency in daily operations

What You Know

You’re a proactive problem-solver with a service mindset and a strong focus on quality. You thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to change, and bring structure to complex processes.

  • Experience in order handling, administration, or customer service
  • Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with spreadsheets, templates, and data analysis
  • Proficient with digital systems, ERP platforms, and common business software
  • Comfortable working in a data-driven environment with high attention to system accuracy
  • Knowledge of logistics processes or shipping coordination
  • Technical understanding or background is an advantage, but not required
  • Fluent in Danish and English; knowledge of another Scandinavian language is a plus

Our Søborg site is home to our Nordic Service Operations and a dedicated team focused on delivering timely, high-quality support to customers in the region. With a fully equipped service workshop and strong collaboration across functions, Søborg offers a dynamic, hands-on environment for professionals who want to be close to the action.
