In this exciting role you will be a key player in ensuring our People processes run seamlessly across the employee lifecycle. You will handle a wide range of HR operational tasks from contracts and onboarding to maternity/paternity leave cases - and you will be the go-to person for both leaders and colleagues when it comes to policies, procedures, and HR systems.

You will work closely with your new colleagues in the People team to support employment law-related cases, prepare documentation, and ensure compliance in line with Danish legislation. You will also collaborate with colleagues across the People team to drive improvements in our processes and deliver a great employee experience.

Examples of activities you will be involved in:

  • Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle (contracts, changes, exits).
  • Handle maternity/paternity leave cases in collaboration with the team.
  • Provide first-line guidance to leaders and employees on policies and HR processes.
  • Supporting with employee relations cases and ensure documentation is in place.
  • Maintain and update HR data in our systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare employment documents and letters in line with Danish legislation.
  • Contribute to process improvements and standardisation across HR operations.

We work in systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Penneo, bclude, ServiceNow etc.

About you, our newest team member

We imagine that you have minimum 2 years of relevant experience and an educational background within office/HR administration or similar.

Furthermore, you ideally have:

  • Experience in HR operations, payroll support, or similar HR administrative roles.
  • A good understanding of Danish employment law or strong interest in building the knowledge.
  • Solid attention to detail and a structured approach to your work.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English.
  • Curiosity and drive to contribute to improving processes and ways of working.
