Responsibilities / Tasks

Joining us as a student worker, you will work from our Søborg office while supporting activities across all our locations and legal entities in Denmark and the Nordic region.

In this role you will become part of a skilled HR team, consisting of 4 HR Business Partners and a Talent Acquisition Partner.

You can look forward to a broad role, where you in example will be involved in our recruitment process, participation in employer branding activities – and touch upon many other aspects within the HR spectre.

Examples of some day-to-day activities:

  • Participate in our recruitment process, by screening applicants, coordinating interviews and updating recruitment system
  • Updating and maintaining HR specific content on our intranet
  • Support employer branding activities
  • Tasks related to onboarding of new employees
  • Ad hoc support to the HR team.

Your Profile / Qualifications

We imagine that you are well underway with your higher education and have at least 2 years left. It would be an advantage if your studies are related to HR.

To thrive in this role, you are not afraid of taking responsibility for your tasks and working independently. Of course, with sparring from experienced colleagues, who will support your learning journey.
