    Student Assistant - Finance

    Welcome to Finance

    As a Student Assistant in our Finance team, you will help to perform a multitude of tasks related to our daily operations. Some of your assignments will be repetitive so your ability to execute routine tasks with accuracy and consistency is highly valued.

    You will report to the Finance Planning & Controlling Manager and be part of an international Finance department consisting of 10 employees with 10 different nationalities.

    Candidate Profile

    Who are we looking for?

    Our ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Master´s degree (or the last year of a bachelor’s degree) in Finance and has minimum 1 year of studies left. You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments. Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills are essential due to frequent interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.

    • You are organized and have a good overview. You enjoy juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive on organizing information.
    • You have an agile and growth-oriented mindset. We’re looking for someone who is innovative, can work in an agile way and keep pace with a rapidly changing world.
    • You are purpose driven. You see opportunities instead of challenges.
    • You are outgoing and curious. You are inquisitive, good at communicating with people, and can contribute to a professional yet relaxed working environment.
    • You are inclusive. You understand the value of embracing different perspectives.

    Your background

    • Currently pursuing a Master´s degree (or the last year of a bachelor’s degree) in Finance with a minimum of 1 year of studies left
    • Experienced in MS Office, strong Excel skills, knowledge of SAP and Power BI are strong advantages.
    • Possesses an international outlook and is fluent in English, understanding of Scandinavian language or French, is a plus.
