Senior HR Business Partner

Advansor is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to become a part of an international team driven by finding the best customer solutions.

Your role

As Senior HR Business Partner you play a pivotal role with managers and employees across our organisation with tasks in the entire employee lifecycle. Though coaching, advisory and good processes, you will contribute to support organisational development and a good work environment.

You participate in developing and implementing our HR and Payroll strategy and initiatives aligned with our Business Strategy.

Join us and be a part of our HR and Payroll team with report to our HR & Payroll Director. We are based at our head office in Brabrand, Aarhus.

Main tasks

  • Partner strategically with managers to align people plans and business goals
  • Support talent acquisition, retention and succession planning
  • Drive annual wheel activities
  • Ensure legal compliance with collective agreements and employment law
  • Participate in digitalization of HR and Payroll processes
  • Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making

Your background

You hold a relevant degree at bachelor or master level and have a least 5 years of experience from a role as Senior HR Business Partner or similar.

To succeed in the role, you must have strong communication and stakeholder management skills. You have a solid HR toolbox and are experienced in supporting different level in the organisation with strategic, tactical and operational tasks. You must process a data driven mindset with experience in HR analytics.
