Advansor is looking for a Senior Payroll / Compensation and Benefits Consultant for HR and Payroll to become a part of an international team driven by finding the best customer solutions.
As Senior Payroll / Compensation and Benefits Consultant and part of HR and Payroll team, you will conduct part of the payroll run. The compensation and benefits part of the position is new to our team. You will be responsible for establishing and driving the framework, ensure implementation, training of managers and that our systems support the processes.
You will be part of our HR and Payroll team and report to our HR & Payroll Director and be based at our head office in Brabrand, Aarhus.
Your main tasks are:
You have a solid experience with salary administration and knowledge of law and union agreements, and you have a solid experience within compensation and benefits in an international context. Furthermore, you are familiar with Mercer or similar.
To be successful in this role, you need to be great in excel, have a passion for details and an eye for optimising process within payroll and HR. You easily make yourself familiar with payroll and HR systems and support the business with sparring at all levels. Furthermore, you are acting proactively and are self-driven with your tasks.
