The team, you will join

You will be a part of a strong TBM Office team in Finance, which consist of 6 people (incl. you). The team is working continuously with development and process improvements, and you will also be an important part of this. Part of the team has the responsibility for the cost model and part of the team has the responsibility for the allocation to the countries. As system owner you will drive governance, budget and forecasting process and play a key role in further development of reporting within the TBM area in global IT, as well as other group functions in DSV.

Your role as Reporting Lead

You will get the opportunity to contribute with strong reporting and process competences and the desire to standardize and develop. You have experience with stakeholder management and know what it takes to create value.

Your primary tasks will be concentrated around the following:

  • Governance framework for TBM reporting platform and reporting cycles
  • Reporting policies, guidelines and instructions
  • Management reporting within TBM area
  • Reporting enhancements and further development and roll out of standardized reporting
  • Contribute in optimization projects with Business stakeholders
  • Responsible for facilitating the reporting and processes for DSV group functions during monthly reporting, quarterly forecasts and the yearly budget. The task consists of standardize and develop the reporting and processes for both internal stakeholders like Finance Business Partners and to external stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the primary costs process and our embedded Power BI reporting in our TBM system.
  • Ensure end-2-end processes, so our TBM system is updated accordingly and maintained.
  • Close continuously sparring with many stakeholders. As a part of this we expect you to reach out and be proactive by nature.
  • Ad-hoc task and certain projects (streamline, process improvements, etc.)

Reporting Lead

With a continuously development of our TBM system, you will experience large complexity, when you communicate with your colleagues all around the world. We expect that you have a broad understanding for cost and allocation metrics. In addition, you are a hardworking team player, with the ability to work independent. You thrive in a dynamic environment, where you get motivated by both recurrent tasks as ad hoc tasks with tight deadlines.

Ideally, we would like you to have:

  • Some years of experience as a Finance Business Partner, Controller or Reporting Lead in a Global company or similar
  • Experience with financial reporting and reporting processes
  • Have IT flair and generally system knowledge on specifically TBM/ITFM systems.
  • Proactive by nature and a desire to streamline and innovate
  • Fluent in English as English is the corporate language
