As a B2B E-Commerce Manager at HAY you are responsible for optimizing the user experience and driving sales growth on HAYB2B.com. This includes increasing self-service adoption, improving conversion rates, and enhancing basket size. The role involves customer onboarding, engagement strategies, data analysis, and collaboration with marketing, product, and tech teams. Acting as the business product owner, the role prioritizes platform improvements, ensures quality assurance, and drives marketing campaigns. Success is measured by increased digital adoption, revenue growth, and self-service adoption
