About the job

As a B2B E-Commerce Manager at HAY you are responsible for optimizing the user experience and driving sales growth on HAYB2B.com. This includes increasing self-service adoption, improving conversion rates, and enhancing basket size. The role involves customer onboarding, engagement strategies, data analysis, and collaboration with marketing, product, and tech teams. Acting as the business product owner, the role prioritizes platform improvements, ensures quality assurance, and drives marketing campaigns. Success is measured by increased digital adoption, revenue growth, and self-service adoption

More specifically, your tasks will include:

  • Optimize the platform experience to boost sales, self-service adoption, and conversions
  • Empower customers and sales teams through onboarding, training, and best practices
  • Turn data into action by tracking KPIs and delivering insights that drive retention and growth
  • Own the roadmap as business product owner, aligning with tech, marketing, and sales to launch high-impact features
  • Strengthen engagement through smart B2B promotions, newsletters, and CRM initiatives

Role expectations

  • You thrive on being measured on performance within conversation rates, order values, increased platform activity, return visits, etc.
  • You take decisions based on data-driven insights and reports – leading to optimization

Experience required

  • You have proven experience in B2B e-commerce management, UX optimization, and digital marketing
  • You posses a strong understanding of analytics tools, A/B testing, and CRO methodologies
  • You can manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams
  • If you have experience with CRM platforms and campaign automation this will be considered a plus
  • You are fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written
