Salesforce Consultant - Customer & Growth

Are you passionate about driving customer strategy, digital transformation, and CRM excellence? KPMG’s Customer & Growth team is looking for a consultant to help deliver impactful projects and create real value for a wide variety of clients.

In Customer & Growth we aim to be the market leader in Salesforce CRM transformation projects. Our focus is on providing advisory services and driving revenue growth through a ‘Customer Lens,’ ensuring that our clients optimize their interactions with both existing and potential customers.

We achieve this by developing Customer Digital Strategic Roadmaps, which help businesses define their strategic objectives and determine how best to enable them through Front-office digitalisation. Additionally, we support transformation efforts by creating agnostic CRM Strategic Roadmaps and Architecture that enhance customer digitalisation. Finally, we implement customer solutions, such as Salesforce, to streamline CRM processes and improve overall customer engagement.

What you will be doing

As a consultant, you will be a key driver in delivering projects and advising clients on customer strategy and digital Front-office transformation. Your role will include participation in:

  • Designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that support clients’ growth ambitions.
  • Advising on CRM strategy, digitalization, and business development, helping clients create stronger customer journeys.
  • Turning data into insights, by analysing customer information and presenting clear, actionable recommendations.

About you, our newest team member

We seek qualified and skilled people with the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 Salesforce Certificate and minimum 1 year experience with Salesforce
  • Experience from consulting or a similar role, working with digitalization, CRM, or customer strategy.
  • Knowledge of sales/marketing technologies or software implementation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

However, we do require that you are fluent in professional spoken and written Danish since our client portfolio requires this from us.

What we offer

At KPMG, you will join a flexible and supportive environment that encourages both personal and professional growth. From day one, you will gain hands-on experience with meaningful projects and collaborate with a diverse team of skilled professionals. To support your development, all new consultants are enrolled in our KPMG Challenger Academy, which provides structured training programs and workshops designed to strengthen your consulting skills.

You can look forward to:

  • Direct client engagement on exciting and impactful projects.
  • Collaboration with dynamic colleagues across disciplines.
  • Continuous learning and development through the Challenger Academy and on-the-job experience.
