We are rapidly growing our global business and we are looking for new colleagues for our Customer Training team in the Support & Services Department.

Your role

As a Customer Training Specialist you will play a key role in empowering our customers to maximize the potential of our TactiCall communication systems through engaging and effective training programs. As a part of the team, you'll contribute to this success by:

  • Analyzing customer training needs and developing tailored training plans.
  • Organizing and conducting training events as lead instructor for customers primarily in the defense industry.
  • Observe training events to ensure requirements are met.
  • Collaborating closely with internal project teams and external customers to ensure seamless training delivery.

Our training programs equip customers with the technical skills needed to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of their critical communication systems.

Training events take place both at multiple sites. Therefore, the role requires strong skills in both planning, people and teaching.

Your profile

We're seeking team players dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through engaging and effective training. You are expected to be structured, communicative, proactive, quality conscious and are able to handle both detail and big-picture perspectives.

The ideal candidate profile will possess:

  • Documented experience with successfully leading engaging training sessions for diverse audiences, effectively transferring technical skills and knowhow.
  • A strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where training content is continuously evolving.
  • A systematic approach to tasks, with a commitment to follow-through and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: Excellent communication skills and a knack for building and maintaining professional relationships.

Candidates with practical experience in IT infrastructure, communication systems or radio equipment and a strong understanding of working in a secure environment are highly desirable.

We are in a global environment and therefore look for candi­dates with various backgrounds and experiences. We interact with each other and therefore need good communicators, who like to interact with stakeholders and who speak/write English.

Training events take place at various sites; therefore, you are expected to travel multiple times per year.

Our offices are located in the attractive Sønderborg area with easy access from the motorway.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
