We are rapidly growing our global business and we are looking for new colleagues for our Customer Training team in the Support & Services Department.

Your role

As a Customer Training Coordinator you will manage training within projects. You will play a key role in empowering our customers to maximize the potential of our TactiCall communication systems through engaging and effective training programs. As a part of the team, you'll contribute to this success by:

  • Conducting training analyses by breaking down contractual requirements, tasks versus time and budget, mapping dependencies and filling out info gaps.
  • Coordinating with internal project teams as well as external customers and suppliers to ensure we deliver on our promises.
  • Developing training plans and other training documentation.
  • Developing and organising complete training programs for customers.
  • Observe training events to ensure requirements are met.

Our training programs equip customers with the technical skills needed to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of their critical communication systems.

Training events take place at multiple sites. Therefore, the role requires strong skills in both planning, analytic thinking and stakeholder management.

Your profile

We're seeking team players dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through well-planned and well-executed training deliveries. You are expected to be structured, communicative, proactive, quality conscious and able to handle both detail and big-picture perspectives.

The ideal candidate profile will have documented experience in training development, instructional design, or project coordination (ideally in a technical/engineering/defense/aerospace environment), and possess the following skills:

  • Strong analytical skills for requirement breakdown and planning.
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Skilled at translating complex information into clear, audience-focused communication.
  • Proficiency in developing structured documentation and training plans.
  • Project management knowledge is an advantage.

Candidates with practical experience in IT infrastructure, communication systems or radio equipment and a strong understanding of working in a secure environment are highly desirable.

We are in a global environment and therefore look for candi­dates with various backgrounds and experiences. We interact with each other and therefore need good communicators, who like to interact with stakeholders and who speak/write English.

Training events take place at various sites; therefore, you are expected to travel multiple times per year.

Our offices are located in the attractive Sønderborg area with easy access from the motorway.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
