As Communications Manager, you will be part of the Internal Communications team, whose core mission is to create clarity around our strategy, priorities, and transformation journey. In a time of significant change, internal communications play a vital role in enabling transformation and building trust across the organization – and you will be at the forefront of this effort.

Working closely with the Internal Communications Lead, you will partner with senior leaders to ensure our messaging is aligned, consistent, and impactful. You will lead strategic communications around sustainability, bringing our ambitions and achievements to life through compelling storytelling that supports our broader organizational narrative.

A key part of your role will be to drive editorial planning and the ongoing development of our global internal communication channels. You will shape how we engage our people, evolve our internal digital platforms, and ensure our internal voice reflects our culture, strategy, and aspirations.

You will report to the Internal Communications Lead and be part of the wider Communications & Brand team, the guardians of Radiometer’s brand and reputation. This is an onsite role based at our Brønshøj office.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive change communications by partnering with senior leaders – crafting clear messages, advising on tone and timing, and building communication plans that support Radiometer’s transformation.
  • Lead and evolve our internal digital channels, using data and feedback to improve how we connect with teams globally.
  • Manage our editorial calendar, including monthly leadership toolkits (PowerPoint), company newsletters, and intranet news – ensuring content is timely, relevant, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Shape and communicate our sustainability story, aligning it with Radiometer’s broader organizational narrative.
  • Ensure consistency and clarity in internal messaging across platforms and projects.
  • Use storytelling to engage employees, build trust, and support cultural and strategic alignment.
  • Continuously improve communication tools and processes, making sure they reflect our values and support employee engagement.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate communications, ideally within fast-paced, global organizations
  • A track record of creating and executing internal communication strategies that boost engagement and alignment
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with tools such as SharePoint, Poppulo, and Microsoft Teams for internal communication

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in change or crisis communication.
  • A background in life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare.
