While your primary focus will be within the Chemical & Pharmaceutical Business Line, you will also collaborate closely with colleagues in Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and other business lines. Responsibilities / Tasks

As our Sales & Project Coordinator you will support our sales and project management teams throughout every phase of the sales and project lifecycle. You will be coordinating key processes, project plans and financial data and delivering basic business analyses to management.

More specifically, you will:

  • Process information from quotations, orders, project plans and schedules with support from ERP and other related systems
  • Report and coordinate business analyses of our project portfolio within our business line
  • Assist our team with coordination of project finance and payment schedules including letter of credits, bank guarantees etc.
  • Participate in developing and implementing workflows while ensuring that we continue to operate within our corporate guidelines and business processes
  • Participate in evolving the cost basis for our standardized project portfolio
  • General support to sales management.

Your Profile / Qualifications

On a personal level, you take ownership of your tasks, keep a clear overview in complex setups, and communicate well with colleagues across departments. At the same time, you are proactive and motivated by making things run smoothly.

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you:

  • Have a business background – e.g. an HD or other relevant degree in business economics, experience from shipping, supply chain or similar role
  • Are confident using ERP systems, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel; Power BI) and other IT tools supporting sales, quotation and project management – tech-savvy and a quick learner
  • Communicate fluently in both Danish and English
  • Possess a technical understanding, enabling you to quickly adapt to the technology portfolio we manage.
