The Role

As a Senior Technical Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for our installer partners, as well as your teammates in the Technical Support team across Europe.

You’ll handle complex technical cases, support your colleagues with technical insights and work closely with electricians, end users, and our international support team to ensure our battery systems perform flawlessly.

You’ll also play a key role in data-driven reporting, strengthening relationships with our installer network, and providing feedback that shapes the next generation of Emaldo® solutions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as second-line support for complex troubleshooting via phone, email, and remote tools
  • Providing advanced technical guidance on Emaldo products to installers and partners
  • Assisting end customers with system setup, diagnostics, and advanced problem resolution
  • Leading training sessions, internally and externally
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to improve systems based on field experience
  • Visiting key partners to strengthen relationships and ensure installation quality

What You Bring

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Danish language skills are a strong plus
  • Based in Denmark, with ability to work from Ølstykke and travel occasionally
  • Eligible to work in Denmark (citizenship, residency, or valid work permit)
  • Experience with PV/battery systems, inverters, and electrical regulations
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Confident communicator who can explain complex topics clearly
