We are a team of 12 local IT specialists, part of a larger global IT organization, and we make sure day-to-day operations run smoothly while keeping communication flowing across the business. In this role as IT Service Specialist, you will provide proactive IT support, improve services and communication, and help drive positive change for your colleagues every day.
In this role, you will:
You will be supporting a diverse range of users across the organization — from colleagues in production and the warehouse to those in finance, sales and other departments. This variety means no two days are the same, and you will gain exposure to a wide range of systems, needs, and challenges.

You bring energy, drive, and a proactive mindset to your work. Ideally, your experience comes from support, coordination, or a similar role where you have interacted with people, solved problems, and helped improve processes.
You see IT service as more than just reacting to tickets—you anticipate needs and take initiative. You are eager to challenge existing ways of working and actively contribute to enhancing IT services and communication for the business.
You are a natural communicator, able to explain IT concepts clearly and be a visible, approachable presence for colleagues. You thrive in a collaborative environment and always prioritize delivering a great user experience. Bonus points if you have experience with SharePoint or building IT service/communication sites.
