As our new Product/Application Expert, you will play a key role in supporting both internal and external customers by providing troubleshooting and expert technical advice. Your focus will be on controls and automation, with primary responsibility for delivering high-quality support for Alfa Laval’s decanter technology. In this role, you will ensure that customers receive timely, reliable solutions, enabling them to maximize uptime, efficiency, and performance. Your tasks will be:
At Alfa Laval, we embrace a hybrid work model, providing you the flexibility to work from home when it aligns with your tasks. This position can be based at our Copenhagen office, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 15–25 days per year.
You have a solid understanding of control systems and automation, ideally combined with experience from the process industry. Your background could be as a Mechanical, Operations, or Process Engineer, or perhaps as a Maskinmester/Marine Engineer or in a similar technical field. What matters most is that you bring strong technical insight, problem-solving skills, and the ability to apply your knowledge in a practical, customer-focused environment.
