Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation, is seeking a talented and driven Tender Manager to join our dedicated Nordics team in Ballerup, Denmark. You will play a crucial role in preparing and submitting competitive tenders for digital power system projects, utilizing your expertise in digital power system design, low voltage, and medium voltage area with preventive digital solution, analysis, and customer requirements. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and collaborate with a diverse and talented team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing project requirements and technical specifications to develop comprehensive tender proposals that align with customer needs and project objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and project management, to ensure accurate and competitive tender submissions that showcase Schneider Electric's capabilities and value proposition.
- Providing technical support and expertise during the tendering process, including addressing technical queries and participating in customer meetings as needed
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for tendering processes and tools, leveraging your insights and expertise to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure mastering all aspects of the offer: technical proposal, purchasing, cash flow, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Digital Power Systems, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- +5 years of experience in a similar role, or project execution
- Fluent in both Danish and English. Another Nordics language would be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of power system design and engineering principles, with experience in the design, implementation, or tendering of power system solutions
- Proven experience in tendering, project management, or related roles within the power systems industry, demonstrating a track record of successful tender submissions and customer engagement.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and project coordination skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, manage multiple priorities effectively, and adapt to evolving project requirements and customer expectations.
