Our services comprise M&A advisory and Valuation services and we work closely together across service lines in Denmark and with our colleagues across KPMG’s global network with more than 2,500 Corporate Finance professionals in 80 countries.

We are a leading global mid-market M&A and Corporate Finance advisor, providing services to shareholders, corporates, private equity funds, and executives on exciting M&A engagements.

The position

As an associate / senior associate your primary task will be:

  • Take an active role in all phases of M&A transactions and valuation projects.
  • Prepare high-quality pitches, teasers, information memoranda, and other client materials.
  • Build and analyze financial models in collaboration with deal teams and client management.
  • Work closely with colleagues in Denmark and abroad to deliver seamless cross-border execution.

About you our newest team member

We seek qualified and skilled people with the following qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of relevant M&A experience from an investment bank or Big 4 Corporate Finance team.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
  • A collaborative, positive mindset and an eye for detail.
