We are seeking a Sr. Value Stream Manager to join our team on a 1-year maternity cover contract. The Sr. Value Stream Manager for Radiometer is responsible for SC Cassette operations for the ABL90 product family, including leadership of a production area and a team of managers working across different shifts. You will play a key role in driving change within our production setup, implementing new processes, and ensuring we continue to develop and deliver high-quality products to our customers.

This position is part of the Sensor Cassette value group located in Radiometer production site, Brønshøj, Denmark and will be onsite. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor or master’s in mechanical / production / Electronic Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience from a production environment
  • Leadership experience managing a team of production support & operators
  • Production/project planning experience
  • Fluent in Danish and English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in working in a LEAN culture
  • Experience in changing management techniques and communication
