Skanderborg
Are you up for joining an exciting, commercial journey in Dynaudio?
Apply to become part of our Skanderborg office and seize the chance to play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives across the globe.
The role offers a nice blend of flexibility, responsibility and learning, as you’ll collaborate with a diverse team of talented colleagues from all over the world. With us you'll be at the heart of our commercial operations, supporting engagement for Dynaudio’s award-winning, world-class audio products.
In Dynaudio, we wish to enrich people’s lives through authentic sound and incredible experiences.
This means that every day 200 colleagues worldwide work together to create amazing loudspeakers for homes, monitors for sound studios and just as extraordinary sound systems for cars.
As our new Marketing Coordinator in our Denmark based Marketing team, your mission is of course to support our overall vision. You do that by assisting in planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects and campaigns, and your primary tasks will include:
The role doesn’t involve copywriting or other forms of content creation.
Your assigned work desk will be in the ‘commercial, creative zone’ of Dynaudio in Skanderborg. Here, the Marketing team shares office space with our Industrial Designers and Product Managers, who form our Product Design department.
Naturally, you’ll spend the majority of your working hours with your Marketing colleagues: Two Marketing Managers (with whom you’ll have the closest interaction and sparring), an Art Director, a Creative Content Producer, a Creative Director, two Hamburg based Graphic Designers, an Inbound Marketing Specialist and our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, who’ll be your immediate manager.
We know it might sound like we’re an elite unit of fancy job titles too hot to handle (kind of like the North Wind in ‘Penguins of Madagascar’), but we’re absolutely allergic to unproductive hierarchies and unchecked egos. Instead, we want to join creative forces across our Commercial setup to make content that generates value to our end users in line with our vision.
Essentially, the perfect candidate doesn’t exist; so give it a go and say it with your chest!
We set the bar high but we still have room to develop as a brand, a team and as individuals. That’s also why your educational background isn’t super important – your demonstrated skills along with your attitude and willingness to improve (both us and yourself) matter way more.
The nature of your role and responsibilities requires that you master the English language in speech and in writing. If you have professional Danish, German and or Chinese proficiencies, it’s a nice add-on.
Ultimately, we believe that your success in this role comes down to your ability to:
As our new colleague you’ll take on a highly needed job at the center of an international audio company based in the heart of the Jutlandic peninsula – a 20-minute drive south from Aarhus.
At Dynaudio you’ll work with skilled colleagues from all over the world representing craftmanship and expertise in a variety of different fields related to making loud speakers and running a business.
Other than that, we hope you’ll appreciate:
