The New Production Introduction Planner will ensure support for new products and regulatory demands across the INS VG. The NPI planner will create the foundation and readiness to produce NPI prototypes, PQ series, and product ramp-up, which will later go into full production. A part of building the foundation will be to continuously document the processes in alignment with expectations across the organization.

This position is based in Radiometer Manufacturing Copenhagen (Brønshøj) - an area covering several individual Value Streams and will an onsite position. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will report to the senior manager in the mechanical workshop, one of the individual value streams; however, the working area will be Manufacturing & Operations Copenhagen. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • As this is a relative new, established role in a dynamic working environment, the NPI planner must be self-driven, responsible for creating structure, proactive, curious, and eager to find solutions.
  • The NPI planner must work closely with Value Steam senior managers and existing value stream planners (who will oversee existing production), supply chain, R&D, and external suppliers.
  • The NPI planner will be the primary contact in the value streams when introducing new products and demands, so it is essential to understand the cadence and ensure coordination across the different teams and stakeholders.
  • The NPI planner will communicate globally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure progress according to agreed-upon timelines. This includes everything from ordering raw materials, in-cluding forecasts, production of prototypes/PQ series to on-time delivery of produced items.
  • The NPI planner will be the primary driver for setting up and maintain the NPI Inventory control system and inventory management.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • A master’s degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain or equivalent
  • Experience in production/operations is an advantage.
  • A desire to work with LEAN
  • Excellent communication skills and speaks and writes fluent Danish and English
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
