CCR Operator

Context & Environment

Contract type: Local, permanent
Working hours: This is a rotational role. 2 weeks offshore followed by 3 weeks off duty. The TYRA CCR is both located offshore and onshore in Esbjerg.

At TotalEnergies, we’re looking for a skilled and safety-focused CCR Operator to help drive operational excellence from the TYRA platform. This role is central to ensuring safe, efficient, and optimized production in the Danish North Sea. Activities

As a CCR Operator, you will:

  • Manage facility operations including start-ups, shutdowns, optimizations, and monitoring—within defined design envelopes and production plans.
  • Respond swiftly and effectively to emergency situations.
  • Maintain high-quality handovers and logbook entries.
  • Track and log all activities on the installation (e.g., people on board, site location, type of work, hours, permits).
  • Apply necessary inhibitions and contribute to the site's safety performance.
  • Communicate clearly with field staff and report potential impacts on daily production to the DUC Onshore Control Center (DOCC).
  • Ensure all activities comply with TotalEnergies’ operational standards and best practices.

Candidate Profile

What You Bring to the Role

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with a strong safety mindset and a clear understanding of operational dynamics. You’re comfortable working independently in a highly visible role and thrive in a fast-paced, rotational offshore environment. Your ability to stay composed under pressure, think analytically, and communicate clearly makes you a reliable contributor in both routine and emergency situations. You value collaboration and bring a constructive, team-oriented approach to achieving shared goals.

Your Background

  • Technical education with Oil & Gas-specific training
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Oil & Gas operations
  • Valid OPERCAP assessment or equivalent certification
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to operational detail
  • Demonstrated ability to respond effectively in emergency scenarios
  • Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience leading and motivating diverse teams
  • Committed to health, safety, security, and environmental standards
  • Fluent in English
