Who are we?

We work in an international environment, collaborating closely with colleagues across Global IT and the business. You will be joining the Business Engagement & RPA team, part of Enterprise Integrations within Global IT. We recently doubled in size to approximately 600 colleagues worldwide in relation to the Schenker acquisition. Our team is committed to creating transparency, fostering collaboration, and driving IT changes that optimise business areas. This spans disciplines such as process optimisation, stakeholder management, and enhancing cross-team collaboration.

You will be based at our headquarters in Hedehusene, Danmark and collaborate with an international team, providing support to the entire department.

Your responsibilities

A large part of our work consists of building key insights on projects, processes and systems as well as providing advice on opportunities and challenges.

You’ll bring your analytical mindset and structured approach to a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Supporting strategic direction and digital transformation initiatives across our team and department
• Contributing to high-impact IT projects and improving governance between business and IT
• Maintaining and optimising our application portfolio, including participation in selection committees
• Analysing data and delivering executive-ready insights and recommendations
• Coordinating software licences and selected digital projects
• Preparing communication materials and performance KPIs
• Providing operational support, including budget tracking and internal coordination
• Supporting M&A activities through application onboarding and consolidation

Over time, you get to meet and connect with colleagues from different parts of the organisation.
You will obtain insights into our operational setup, processes and governance models in the space between business and IT. Who are you?

We are looking for a team member who is investigative by nature. You are always on the lookout for opportunities to enhance both business processes and personal skills. You should have an outgoing personality, enjoy connecting with others to share ideas, and not be afraid to push for what you believe.

At the same time, you should understand that new ideas must be backed by solid evidence.
As such, you should be devoted and happy to work with certain repetitive aspects of business partnering, including creating presentations and working on business analysis on a regular basis.

You should be flexible and thrive in an environment prone to frequent change, knowing these changes bring opportunities to learn, grow and shine. With your organized mindset and drive to execute, you consistently deliver high-quality digital materials on time.

Moreover, we imagine that you have:

• 3-5+ years of experience in a larger IT organisation, related to project management, business partnering or similar
• Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or similar.
• Knowledge of IT process optimisation, and you are preferably familiar with IT service delivery and the software development lifecycle
• Are well-versed in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, and possibly even Power BI for data analysis
• Have an international mindset and are fluent in English with great communication skills
