At BEUMER Group, we create systems for handling baggage in airports and parcels for logistics companies all over the world. We not only design and install the systems but also make sure they run smoothly for many years, which requires continues training for our on-site employees, who are based all over the world.
As our new Digital Training Developer, you will be responsible for editing instructional videos, creating interactive e-learning modules, and maintaining content in our learning platform, BEUMER Learn. You will collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure that our global workforce has access to well-structured and engaging training materials.
Create the best training content for your new colleagues
As an Digital Training Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality digital training materials for our global teams. Your main responsibilities will include:
A specific educational background is not crucial to us, but we do imagine you to have experience with video editing software and e-learning authoring tools.

In addition, you have a service-minded approach, focusing on delivering high-quality learning experiences for global teams. Therefore, you are also strong in both written and spoken English – other languages, including Danish, is a plus but not a requirement.
