Supply Chain Assistant - Sourcing & Production Planning, Brøndby

At Force Technology we are committed to delivering operational excellence and innovation across our supply chain. We’re currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Assistant to support our sourcing and production planning functions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel.

About the role and key responsibilities

• Support the sourcing and procurement of raw materials, components, and services in line with production schedules and inventory levels
• Assist in the development and adjustment of production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory status, and lead times
• Maintain and analyze supply chain data using Excel to optimize planning accuracy and supplier performance
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage purchase orders, monitor production progress, and ensure accurate system data, deep understanding of warehouse setup & logistics within D 365 finance and operations
• Develop & maintain master data, such as PLC (product life cycle), ensure correct setup of BOM (bill of material)
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, logistics, sales, and production) to ensure supply continuity and timely delivery
• Prepare and maintain reports and KPIs related to sourcing, planning, and inventory performance
• Serve as a super user and first-level support for D 365 finance and operations within the supply chain team; & ensure continuous improvements.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or similar, in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a supply chain, planning, or sourcing support role.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365—super user level preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, macros a plus)
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and solve problems in a structured and efficient manner
• Fluent in English on business level.
