As Recruiter, you will join a dedicated and diverse HR team spanning Denmark, Poland, Hungary, China, and the United States. Together, we cover the full HR spectrum – from employer branding and recruitment to leadership development, labor law, and compensation and benefits.

Recruit globally
Working from our Innovation Center in Hillerød, you will manage recruitment processes both in Denmark and internationally. A recruitment process begins with a dialogue with the hiring manager to shape the job advertisement and define the ideal candidate profile.
While hiring managers write job ads and lead the initial screening and first interviews, you will play a key role in the interview process – bringing your talent-spotting skills and personality assessment expertise to the table. Occasionally, you may also support hiring managers by sourcing candidates directly via LinkedIn, especially for hard-to-fill or niche roles.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across the globe – both virtually and in person. One day, you might help assess a candidate for an administrative role in our Melbourne office, and the next day, recruit for a sales position in Argentina. You can expect that no two days are the same, and we hope that you will enjoy a role that offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact.
More than recruitment
Beyond recruitment, you will contribute to our employer branding efforts, helping us enhance the candidate experience and optimize our presence on job boards. As you develop a strong understanding of our business and culture, you may also be asked to support hiring managers with additional tasks – such as facilitating workshops to interpret personality profiles and boost teamwork, or advising on broader talent-related decisions.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a Recruiter with at least three years of experience, ideally gained in an international environment, which has given you a solid understanding of recruitment processes and talent assessment.
You should be able to say "yes" to the following:
- Experience working with personality assessment tools. We use Predictive Index and Hogan (it’s a plus if you know them, but otherwise, certification is provided)
- Service-minded and genuinely curious about people
- Clear and professional in your communication, and comfortable giving constructive feedback
- Skilled at building and maintaining relationships – both within HR and across the organization
Business language is English, and since you will also support our production site, professional proficiency in Danish is required.
