You will be based at the Demant headquarters in Smørum, a half-an-hour S-train ride away from Copenhagen city centre.

Your role and responsibilities

As our Global Paid Search Manager you will be responsible for execution of paid search campaigns and improving performance of our paid search channel across 5 markets you’ll be responsible for. You will be working closely alongside your local and global colleagues. We expect you to drive the campaign execution, innovation and exploration of the paid search channel and motivate and involve relevant stakeholders and colleagues on paid search tactics and optimizations.
We are currently managing paid search for 9 of our 25 markets, and we are looking forward to onboarding more markets in the future.

Your main focus areas are:

• Execute paid search campaigns across 5 markets onboarded on our Global program
• Collaborate closely with our web team, analytics team, paid search agency, local & global stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strategy and plan for development of paid search channels in your markets.
• Refine and implement best practice for the paid search channel across markets.
• Develop and maintain yearly roadmaps for each market.
• Improve the commercial performance of investing in paid search channels in each market.
• Monitor and analyze performance for each market.
• Optimize paid search channels using all your current and future knowledge.
• Monthly performance evaluation meetings with markets.
• Onboard new markets to Global Paid Search program.
• Help solve challenges and problems related to paid search.

Your profile

As our Global Paid Search Manager, you will have a key role in our team, where you will be in contact with several stakeholders. Therefore, it’s important for your job satisfaction that enjoy working in a team.

We imagine that you have a profile with most of the characteristics below:

• You have a positive mind-set and a can-do-attitude.
• You have +5 years of experience with paid search marketing with a proven track record.
• You have extensive experience with SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4 and GMB.
• Experience with Performance Max, YouTube and Display is an advantage.
• You have a natural interest in new technology related to paid search, and you are eager to try new tools and ways to improve performance.
• You like to work with skilled colleagues, share insights and to build trust with stakeholders.
• International experience is a plus.
