Digital Business Partner

Are you ready to bridge the gap between corporate strategy and cutting-edge digital development? As our Digital Business Partner, you will be at the forefront of driving digital innovation and excellence across Solar Digital. You will collaborate with stakeholders, capture business requirements, and ensure our digital initiatives align with our strategic goals. Your role will be pivotal in developing roadmaps, monitoring project progress, and driving value realization.

About the job

You will conceptualize digital initiatives rooted in our corporate strategy, capturing and visualizing activities in a roadmap. You will foster communication and collaboration among stakeholders across business units and management levels. Following the initiatives, owning the responsibility of requirements, throughout the chain of execution, you will ensure that all relevant stakeholders remain informed. You will also identify opportunities for digital innovation and continuous improvement, promoting platform capabilities in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture.

Furthermore, you will:

  • Track and report on the value realization of digital initiatives, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Identify and mitigate strategic and commercial risks tied to digital projects and initiatives
  • Support the organization in managing change related to digital transformation and adoption
  • Plan and facilitate workshops to qualify digital initiatives and business requirements
  • Organize monthly stakeholder meetings to ensure transparent communication of Solar Digital’s performance, including contributing to newsletters and performance meetings
  • Communicate technology roadmaps from Enterprise Architecture, ensuring they are integrated into the digital roadmap and aligned with stakeholders

Your profile and qualifications

For instance, a proven track record of strategic project management, knowledge and passion for leading innovation and a keen interest in driving actual digital transformation. We also encourage you to apply, should you have an entirely different take on why your profile is the right match.

Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will be working closely with stakeholders across various business units and management levels.

Moreover, a high level of written and verbal communication skills in English are required, as many of you key stakeholders reside in other countries in the EU.
