About the job

Our site in Nakskov is the global competence center for state-of-the-art membrane technology. On site, we produce various products: Flat sheet membranes, spirals, MBR modules, plastic components, and modules. The factory employs around 70 people, and you will lead, develop, and empower the factory management team consisting of 3 department managers. Next to this, you will be part of the membrane management team and the international operations management team for the BU Decanters. Your responsibility is to lead, drive, manage, and support the factory, so it has the right resources and competencies to achieve long-term sustainable business results. Key tasks:

  • Ensure good coordination with the other functions related to membranes (sales, service, R&D, etc.)
  • Ensure the safety of the people, lean processes, reliable equipment and qualitative manufactured/delivered products within the acknowledged delivery time and competitive costs
  • Secure overall performance, output, and development of the factory through values and a strong culture.
  • Obtain results of continuous improvement activities and implement and maintain supply chain processes.

What you know

You are an experienced and skilled people manager with a proven track record in factory or site management, covering the full spectrum of responsibilities - from finance and supply chain to maintenance and production engineering. Besides that, we expect you to have:

  • A degree in Engineering or similar preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years’ management experience within factory management and/or full supply chain processes
  • Experience in a high-paced environment and thrives on working with execution and change management
  • Excellent English skills, and proficiency in Danish is highly preferred to facilitate seamless communication in our local and international environment

You are inclusive, open-minded, are eager to be responsible for a total factory and ensure progress, improvement, and output while collaborating with other functions like sales, R&D, and service.
