Change management and project specialist – Operational Excellence

Your new job

You will join Operational Excellence in the build-up phase. Here you will be involved in many different tasks within a process and operational management. You will have independent areas of responsibility with plenty of opportunities for putting your competencies to the test. Traveling to other group companies will be a part of the role. The number of travelling days will vary depending on project activity, but it could be up to 80 days.

Your tasks will be to:

  • Supporting the further development of the business areas below
    • Play a key role in the global implementation of a Business Management system
    • Provide project support for the worldwide rollout of the Business Management System and the harmonisation of processes at BEUMER
    • Drive the change management approach for the global harmonisation of processes across all BEUMER Group companies
    • Create training and communication material for internal and external use.
    • Support the build-up of Operational Excellence in BEUMER Group
    • Performance management, based on a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Coach the organisation in how to work with internal changes.
    • Drive the build of a competitive and winning performance culture at BEUMER.
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings (prepare agendas, take minutes, track actions)
  • Other ad hoc tasks

Your competencies

You have a bachelor's or master's degree within Business Administration, cand.merc.HR, psychologist or teacher with business insight or other relevant education with the right experience. You are interested in working with people, corporate culture continuous improvement, business optimization and performance management. Furthermore, you:

  • Have a proven track record of working with change management within an organisation and is familiar with theories like ADKAR, unfreeze-change-freeze etc.
  • Have experience with change impact analysis, impact, and likelihood.
  • Experience with changing and building a corporate culture.
  • Interpersonal skills
  • have knowledge of Lean and the associated theories
  • have excellent English communication skills. Basic German skills are an advantage.
  • have a well-structured working style - you thrive on structure and create a structure if it is missing.
  • have a good sense for detail and quality while maintaining a holistic perspective.
  • have a flair for IT and be an experienced user of the MS Office
  • are independent, self-driven, service-minded, and like to take on all kinds of tasks.
  • are positive and contribute with your good sense of humour and energy.
