You will join Operational Excellence in the build-up phase. Here you will be involved in many different tasks within a process and operational management. You will have independent areas of responsibility with plenty of opportunities for putting your competencies to the test. Traveling to other group companies will be a part of the role. The number of travelling days will vary depending on project activity, but it could be up to 80 days.
You have a bachelor's or master's degree within Business Administration, cand.merc.HR, psychologist or teacher with business insight or other relevant education with the right experience.
