About the job

We’re looking for an Online Key Account Specialist to play a central role in growing our digital business with key online retail partners. This newly established position is a unique opportunity to make a real impact by supporting and strengthening relationships with our largest online customers. Working closely with our Sales and Operations teams, you’ll help ensure smooth operations, accurate product data, and excellent customer experiences—all while being part of a dynamic and supportive sales organization.

More specifically, your tasks will include:

  • Support selected online KA’s with product master data and images: Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is provided to key accounts
  • Operational support for selected online key accounts: Ensure efficient handling of customer needs and inquiries
  • Primary contact for sales managers: Act as the go-to person for various issues and facilitate seamless communication
  • Cross functional coordination: Coordinate order placement, product flow, and related processes with internal teams
  • Order entry and follow-up: Register orders in D365, ensuring correct placement and quantity
  • Customer communication: Relay relevant information directly to customers and manage delays or backorders
  • Warehouse coordination: Collaborate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery of goods and manage reserved products
  • Preparation of price lists and order sheets: Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all pricing and order-related documents
  • Building customer relationships: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term collaboration
  • Various ad-hoc tasks: Handle additional assignments as needed to support the team and business operations

Experience required

  • Ideally you have experience from a similar position in a wholesale company that sells through large online platforms in either the lifestyle or fashion industry
  • You are familiar working with online platforms that trades across country borders
  • A good understanding of E-commerce operations and supply chain
  • A strong supply chain background
  • Experience in working with product master data and PIM systems
  • You are a strong user of Excel
  • You are a competent user of IT systems, and familiar with online sales
  • You are fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written
