As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Requirement Manager to join our dynamic team.

Your role

We are seeking a skilled System Requirements Manager who will be responsible for the management of project requirements within our naval and air domain projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project core teams and various stakeholders to ensure the clear definition, understanding, and management of customer requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

You are known to ISO/IEC 15288 and are able to oversee the definition, analysis, and management of system requirements, ensuring compliance within our processes. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all requirements are properly documented, tracked, and met according to customer needs and expectations.

Your tasks

  • Requirement Management: Gather, analyse, and define customer requirements across naval and air domain projects. Ensure that requirements are well-documented, clear, and aligned with project goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, and other key stakeholders to establish a deep understanding of the needs and expectations related to the project’s scope.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all requirement-related matters, ensuring smooth communication between customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks or gaps in requirements and collaborate with the team to proactively address them to prevent project delays or misalignments.
  • Change Management: Monitor any changes in requirements and ensure they are properly evaluated, documented, and integrated into the project scope.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Ensure all requirements are tracked, maintained, and reported in line with industry standards, and that the project team has access to the most current and accurate information.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all requirements are verified against the final deliverables, making sure the final product meets the customer’s expectations and contractual obligations.

Your profile

You enjoy working with technical challenges and are motivated by working with new technologies, products and systems.

We expect you to hold a degree in engineering, computer science or similar or relevant work experience from the Armed Forces or defence industry.

You have proven experience in requirement management, ideally within naval, air or defence sector.

You understand the methodologies and tools of requirement management, you are able to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously, and have strong problem-solving skills.

We are in a global environment and therefore look for candi­dates with various backgrounds and experiences. We interact with each other and therefore need good communicators, who like to interact with stakeholders and who speak/write English.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
