If so, this might be you chance, as we are looking for an experienced Head of Software Test-department to lead and take our software testing to the next level of matureness.
When millions of people every year check in their luggage in one airport and picking it up in another, it is due to the quality of BEUMER Groups complex baggage handling systems and the software running it. The level of quality is also present in our logistics solutions, where distribution centers daily sort thousands of parcels to be delivered all over the world.
As Head of our Software Test-department, you will define and lead our software test strategy to secure the highest efficiency in our test processes. The test department is eventually responsible for the quality of projects and products, meaning you have the final saying in whether a product or project is released or not.
As a global head of software test, you must also identify and implement our future use of AI technics during software test design and execution.
As you get to learn the organization and grow with the role, we over time see this position turning into a department manager.
