UMP Assembly afdelingen hos Alfa Laval i Kolding består af 16 dedikerede montører, samt yderligere 1 logistikansvarlig. Vi står i afdelingen for den endelige slut montage af UMP ventilen, Fighter, SMP-BC etc. Vi opkitter de forarbejdede dele, hvorefter vi monterer, og klargør disse til endelig pak og levering til DC.
Du vil indgå i rotation ved alle arbejdsgange, og dermed få indblik samt kompetencer på alle processer. Vi arbejder på alle 3 skift med mulighed for ønsker omkring fast rul.
Du vil indgå i et dynamisk og positivt team, hvor vi alle står sammen for at løse dagens opgaver.
Som person er du udadvendt, teamplayer og har et godt samarbejde med andre, men kan også arbejde selvstændigt. Du er fleksibel og mødestabil, og kan holde hovedet koldt i pressede situationer.
Som montageoperatør i vores montage afdeling, kommer du til at arbejde med montage, logistik, lasermærkning samt pak og emballering.
Du skal være villig til at arbejde på skiftehold.
Der vil være mulighed for at arbejde fast på skift i længere perioder.
Du har en baggrund inden for montagearbejde eller anden håndværksmæssig baggrund.
Vi leder efter personlige kompetencer, der matcher gruppen, og som kan bidrage positivt.
