As Director, People Development, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the People Development area and operational execution of the Kvadrat Academy. In close collaboration the People Development team in Ebeltoft, the local People Development colleagues and Kvadrat leaders, you will ensure that our learning and development initiatives are impactful, inclusive, and aligned with our business context.
We are looking for a person with a relevant educational background at MA level and with a minimum of 5 years’ working experience from a similar position.
